"Sent the wrong case after a long wait"
I ordered a case for my exact phone model because a friend had recommended checking this one out, but they ended up sending me a completely different case. It doesn’t fit my phone at all, and the buttons don’t line up either. I double-checked my order and I definitely chose the right model, so I’m not sure where things went wrong. It also took longer than expected to arrive, which makes it even more frustrating. Disappointed overall.

I was feeling hopeful when I ordered this because the preview looked great. The case design did come out mostly like what I expected, but the colors were a little off in person, which was kind of a bummer. Still, for the price, I’m not too upset about it.

I did eventually get an answer from support, so I’ll give them that. It just took longer than I expected, and the whole process felt a bit like waiting behind a wall of polished company talk before an actual person finally replied.

I tried to return my case what a headache. Their replies were so slow, and the refund took way longer than they originally said it would. I had to keep following up just to get anywhere?! Definitely not planning to buy from casexkingdom.com again.

"Good case, but my trust took a bit of a hit"
I got my case from Casexkingdom and, to be fair, it’s been holding up well. I’ve dropped my phone twice already and there aren’t any cracks or scratches, so the protection seems legit. The corners feel sturdy too, not cheap or flimsy. That said, a few little things about the buying experience made me trust the site a bit less than I did at first. The case itself is solid, but I’m not totally sure I’d order again without thinking twice.

"Nice case, but shipping was slow"
The case is nice overall and feels good in my hand. The print came out clean too, so I’m happy with how it looks. My only issue is that it took longer to arrive than I expected, and the wait was kind of annoying. It’s a solid case, but yeah, the shipping was slow and I wish it had gotten here sooner

I was really hoping this would show up sooner, but the shipping took way longer than I expected. I kept checking the tracking, then forgetting about it, then getting annoyed all over again. The product itself might be fine, but the wait kind of ruined the excitement for me.

"Super easy site to use!"
I had a good experience with Casexkingdom. The pages loaded fast for me, and I found the case I wanted without having to click around forever... Checkout was simple too, no weird steps or confusing stuff. It also looked clean on my phone, which is always a plus. Overall, easy website to use!

"Delivery showed up right on time"
I ordered a phone case from casexkingdom.com and, uh, I wasn’t totally sure how the shipping would go at first. But it was actually fine, the tracking updated after about a day and the package kept moving like it should.
It arrived on the exact day they said it would, with no chasing around or random delays. The packaging was normal and the case was good too, so overall I’m happy with the delivery and would order again
